Return Policy

At TAOF (The Art of Fuzion), we offer an exchange-only policy to make sure you’re happy with your purchase.

Exchange Period: You may exchange the artwork within 14 calendar days of receiving it for another piece of equal or lesser value. If you want a piece of greater value than the original purchase, you will be credited towards the new selection, and the remaining balance is due prior to shipping. 

Conditions for Exchanges: The artwork must be in its
original condition.

Return Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and the cost of shipping the new artwork.

Exchange Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact us at [info@theartoffuzion.com]. We will provide instructions for securely packaging and returning the artwork. Once the return is processed, we will coordinate the shipment of your new choice.

Full Refunds: These will be determined on a ‘case by case’ scenario, and it is important to let you know that we reserve the right to decide if a full refund is warranted. ***Should we determine a full refund is warranted, the item(s) must be in their original condition. We will take all necessary steps to make sure your purchase is received free of damage. The customer will bear all fees associated with returns and exchanges!

We at TAOF strongly suggest that you obtain enough insurance to cover your purchase so that you can rest at ease should any damage happen during the shipping process.
